The Five Moves framework was developed by Gumi from a study of twenty-five organizations across the private, public and civil-society sectors whose trajectory changed.
Gumi is a research and advisory practice working with companies, investors and public institutions in emerging economies. The work is case-based: we study what organizations actually did, at what cost, and under what constraints, rather than what the sector says it should have done. The framework here is published in full and free to use.
